After Certification
Use of EduTrust Mark |
|
PEIs may only use the EduTrust mark for the period during which their EduTrust certification is valid. The mark can only be used in corporate materials, business cards, publicity materials and premises of the PEIs which have been awarded EduTrust certification. Overseas branches of the PEIs are not allowed to use the EduTrust mark.
For specifications of the EduTrust mark, you can refer to the EduTrust Style Guide. |
Submission of Data |
|
After a PEI is awarded EduTrust certification, it must submit student fee records monthly, according to the Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) requirements, by using the Fee Protection Data File template. The data should be accurate as at the 1st of the month and submitted by the 4th of the month at the latest.
PEIs with a four-year EduTrust certification award must submit an annual internal review report at the end of the first year and third year from the certification date, written in accordance with the Annual Internal Review Report Guide.
The CPE may request an ad hoc assessment based on the annual internal review report submitted. Notification will then be issued by the CPE at least one month before the scheduled site assessment. The purpose of this ad hoc assessment is to verify the inputs in the report, where it is deemed necessary by the Council. A report with the Council's feedback will be given to the PEI within one month after the site assessment. |
