Private Education Institutions may request for a re-consideration of the EduTrust Certification assessment result made by the Council for Private Education.

Terms and Conditions
Please ensure that you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions for the EduTrust Review Process before application.
Submission
A request for review must be made in writing to The Secretariat - EduTrust Review Panel, using the Notice of Review form within 14 working days after being officially informed of the Council's decision. If the request for review is received later than 14 working days, the EduTrust Review Panel reserves the right to reject the application for review.
The review process will only commence upon receipt of the full application fee by The Secretariat - EduTrust Review Panel. Do not make payment until you have received the Secretariat notification on payment advice.
The estimated time to review each case will vary according to its complexity. However, the estimated review time may take around 1 month from the submission of complete documentation and payment from the Private Education Institution.
Fees
Payment for the applicable fee must accompany the lodgement of the Notice of Review or in a manner as advised by the Secretariat.
The applicable fee for reviewing each case is as follows:

S$1,605 (GST inclusive) for Private Education Institution with less than S$1 million per annum

S$3,210 (GST inclusive) for Private Education Institution with S$1 million to S$15 million per annum

S$5,350 (GST inclusive) for Private Education Institution with more than S$15 million per annum
