Industry Development

To strengthen Singapore's position as a global education hub, the Council for Private Education will facilitate industry development and promotion through its Industry Development Centre.  The aim of the Centre is to boost the capabilities of the private education institutions to uplift standards within the private education sector.  It will also engage in industry partnerships and promote collaborations with both government and private agencies to develop initiatives for enhancing the professionalism and quality of the private education sector.

The Resources for Private Education Institutions section is a comprehensive information site to cater to the upgrading and continuing learning needs of private education institutions.  When ready, this site will host an array of training and support schemes to assist private education institutions to transit to the new regulatory regime.  The Industry Development Centre will also organise seminars, workshops and talks as part of its capability development objective for the private education industry here.
